Co-Chairs

Your 2023-2024 Co-Chairs are:

Haley Bonnell

Haley Bonnell is thrilled to join the executive as a Co-Chair with MUN Minds this year, bringing a genuine passion for promoting mental well-being and connecting with those at Memorial and the surrounding community.

Having just completed her B.A in Psychology and Sociology alongside a diploma in Police Studies, Haley is now an M.Sc in Experimental Psychology candidate working under Dr. Martin Day. She has also worked with those with intellectual and developmental disabilities through assisting the Case Counsellor at the Vera Perlin Society. Her academic and community-oriented background, alongside her certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Indigenous Cultural Diversity Training, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, has fostered empathy, compassion, and inclusivity while equipping her with insights into the intricacies of mental well-being for all walks of life.

With a genuine interest in creating positive change, Haley has actively contributed to MUN Minds as a Peer Supporter before moving into her new role. In her spare time, Haley likes to try new skills for a while, stop them, then find something else (right now, she is learning to crochet and own aquariums). She is excited to implement her many ideas as an executive board member this year and is ecstatic to get started!

Kenzie Grace

The Co-Chair on the Memorial Minds Executive Board for the 2023-2024 academic year is Kenzie Grace (pronouns she/her). This is Kenzie’s second year on the MUN Minds Executive Board as one of the Co-Chairs, and she is really looking forward to it. Kenzie is in her second year of graduate school, studying Behavioural Neuroscience. In her spare time, she likes to play music and hang out with her dog, Buddy.
